You could try lavender, or melatonin If you have some. OOooOooOOoooo!!! When I am sick, I listen to calming music, it puts me right to sleep. But thatβs when I was sick, so it may not work for you. And....when I canβt sleep (most often) is when I have a lot of anxiety. Like for late assignments, opossums getting in my chicken coop, getting kidnapped....oh shoot.....now Iβm giving you nightmare ideas!!! WAIT!!! CLEAR YOUR MIND OF WHAT I JUST SAID!!!! Lmao
