I lost everything.

Hello guys, I've been having this problem to where my app has been crashing and breaking and I've been trying to contact Kenmaz, but i havent gotten a reply. So I've made the executive decision that I'm gonna have to sacrifice my past creations and create a new one. I was told that if you uninstall and re install the app you don't lose your animations, I did it and I have lost all of my animations except for the animations from 2018, so that means that I cannot complete "Rent a Girlfriend" animation, I'm sorry to those who've been expecting it but sadly I couldn't find a way to fix this problem let alone get help from Kenmaz. Again I'm am upset that I cannot finish my past animations, but this is a start of a new creation. I'm still sad tho.
