Hello, first my dad doesn't let me awake with or no family member at night

And second mom not letting us in the phones alot cause we don't pay attention to helping or doing homework. It's been like what 4, 5 or 6 weeks without doing homework and we still failed school and all of us are in same grade. Bad right?
