Pls help me, I can’t use anime maker on my laptop:,(

I want to be able to draw anime’s on a laptop (windows) but when I sign into my account online I can’t find a option to make a animation dose anyone know how I can?

Uhhhhh- I don’t think Animemaker works with laptop the same way it does with iPad or iPhone,
Idk... I’m not much help here sorry’s <:[
