So apparently i have a rare disorder with my blood vessels

It's called Raynaud's disease, it causes me to get white dots with a tiny red speck in the middle on my legs and arms (mostly legs in my case) when im cold or stressed. I was wondering what they were for a long time and last night i looked it up
