The blood stains are stains that got stuck on her clothes as she tripped finding the body in chapter 2 almost getting her voted off
Her execution would have been her hands tied to the desk as giant pencils stabbed her palms and wrists before the school roof came crashing down on her.
How she would have killed:
Stabbing there eyes out with a pencil and washing her fingerprints off the pencil leaving it in the victims eyes to set up the ultimate artist.
How she would have BEEN killed:
She would have been killed by having her toes tied on the roof with a knife through her neck.

Good thing she survived and didn’t kill huh?
