The magician

This is my 2nd little nightmares OC. Here is the story! Once a talented magician, now a twisted monster. Not much is known about him, but he is hostile. He carries a hat so he can catch his victoms easily. This man then sends the bone to the blacksmith’s workshop. But the first time this man got a victim, it was different. He made armor from the bone, and now where’s it as a trophy.
