After about an hour of looking for inspiration, I found one that I like
Hes about the size of the janitor, alittle smaller
They are "The Leech"
They roam around the bottom of the MAW, feeding on rats and other leeches, they've seen roger roaming around there a few times, they can talk, but it's hard for them to make sense, but they try to anyway, roger can understand alittle bit, but half the time it's just incoherent gargling noises, since leech doesn't have a tongue to help talk with.
leech is also blind, like roger, they have no eyes, and no arms
Uses they/them or he/him
Asexual(doesn't like sexual stuff, is fine with a partner)
Not very fast, but can handle themself pretty well nonetheless, sometimes eating meat or bread that roger leaves out to catch runaway kids
