Eevee evolves into Ghosteon

Eevee is in the Nuke cave, once where Darkanuke, a new Pokémon, snuggles there. He evolves into a new evolution, Ghosteon! He turns into a ghost and flies away. Ghost Transform: The opposing Pokémon turns into a ghost and fled the fight. This lowers the speed of the target.
