some apps i like to use for Animation
anime maker (this app can be used everywhere but computers i think, however this app teached me how to draw without getting used to tracing and etc )
blender (this app is just amazing in many ways its complicated but u will get used to it)
flamingo animator (this is kinda like a bone Animation u make a drawing and animate it)
2D cubism ( i don't technically have this app but i really love it)
and ya, um there is more but i use/love these the most
