Lost Neya~

Basically, I thought it would be a cool power if her star on her chest let her do all these things:

• The light strips behind her. They’re kinda like the bubble things in the lava lamps, just they can go without the oil.
• When she’s lost, those glowing rainbow things in front of her will guide her.
• When it’s dark, the star will make a star headband that lets her see in the dark.
• also since she can turn into a cat I thought it would be nice if she could have some glowing cat ears and tail
