I have this music box at my dads and every time someone plays it, the music box plays this little tune like

It goes slow, it sounds like me or someone is somewhere I’m not to be so it makes me scared and makes me bite my skin and I have all these marks and it gets worse and worse so I completely stop going to my dads and he got rid of the music box.
