Okay serious talk about my memory

My memory is deteriorating very fast, I can’t remember much anymore, it’s a side effect of multiple concussions and I don’t think I can fix the damage done, my health will deteriorate faster as I get older and it scares me, I can forget things fast as the snap of my fingers, it’s scary
