So basically this boy went into a coma he fell into a coma because of a poisonous cherry he wakes up but sees everything weird but it switches back to normal. He remembers licking a cherry in the cold rain leaving his umbrella at school, so he passes out and hits his head on the ground almost cracking his skull. This will be continued and this boys has big anger problems making him have weird dreams of his family and friends dressed up a fruits also he kills them one by one.
