Does anyone else feel suspicious when it comes to Winter? (Some of you might know who I’m talking about)

Like she posts drama seemingly when she isn’t getting much attention and her brothers account seemingly getting better at grammar when she makes drama including him, he also seems a little young to know good grammar so how does he get better at random? Like I’m very confused and suspicious with her, I don’t dislike her but she has crossed many lines that really upset me but I kept quiet, and why would you post serious things instead of talking to someone? How do people not notice these things? I’m sorry if you hate me because of this but I can’t take anymore of the line crossing she’s done
