Well let’s see Marly has history with Javi.
Dale wants to buy the donuts but you can’t just buy the donut holes. Brendon was just there with his wife. It can’t be Brendon because his wife was there he couldn’t just murder the guy because there was a witness. It could either be Dale or Marly. I think it’s Marly because she didn’t talk about the dount holes or anything. She just said she had a dark history with Javi and then in the next her voice got higher and that mean she was nervous. While Dale was talking about him buying Dount Holes thus he not guilty. He may look shady but it’s not right to judge a book by the cover. But this is my opinion.
