Be honsest and say " Hey *Persons name* I didn’t do what I got in trouble for, it was *persons name*. I promise I’m lying, if I did do it I’d tell you”

For the movie, rember it’s just a movie :) sometimes what helps is looking at the actors of the movie so you feel better about them not being sad and you not being sad.
