Can someone tell me who is Abdel?

I've been gone from animaker in a long time and I've heard this so called person named abdel, apparently they did something bad to get so much hate..can somebody explain what he/she did ??

Abdel is a bad person. He bullied tons of people on here AND in real life٫ tried to date a 11 year old when he is 16٫ etc. (hes DBL ART and Abdel studios.)
