Why am I so scared of the word “no”

My dog had to leave me years ago. I didnt want him to leave, i cried out “no! No!”
A couple years later I made it in to 1st grade, with health problems, i got bullied for being “ugly” i ended up crying out “no no!”
Happened everyday, ended up moving and the kids being expelled.
I have so many stories of me crying out “NO!” To ppl
Then people started saying “no” to me which makes me cry.
