For me, getting atleast 10 or 15 pushups a day makes the muscles movin. It's like an overall workout (arms, legs, body and biceps)πŸ‘Œdoing planks can work too πŸ˜‰βœ¨

I started lifting when covid started. Started with 20 pound dumbbells and moved to 25. Seeing some good muscle definition starting ;P
