Quills story part 1
Quill held onto Leon tightly, his blind blue eyes stared up at Leon. “Please don’t goooo!” He whined.
Leon laughed. “Relax, I’ll be back before you know it!” He hugged Quill.
Quill felt the familiar warm sickness in his chest. Quill always had called Leon his drug. He was addicted to him and even loved him. “You make me sick! Traitor!” Quill joked, his tail sweeping the air. “Bye!”
Leon got into his moms car and waved as it drove off. He called out the window, “bye feather pen!”
Quill grabbed his cane and began back to his house. He was blind but knew his town like he knew Leon’s favorite songs. Quill got home and scented new people. “Hope? Who’s here?” He called to his step mom
“Oh! Shadow has his girlfriends family over! In fact they want to see you play piano, they heard you were good!” Hope hugged Quill.
Quill stepped back and groaned, he hated his older brother so much. I’m he hated Hope even more. He put away his cane and began to the living room. He sat down on his Piano stool and sighed. He heard the quit chatter of Sunny, his brothers girlfriend, and her parents. Quill ran his fingers against the keys, not pressing any down. He pushed down a random key. Silence filled the room. Quill tapped his foot and began humming to get a rhythm and soon added the piano. The song he ended up playing was Boulevard of broken dreams. He refused to sing but hummed instead. He continued playing some songs until he heard his father arrive home. His father was panicked, Quill could almost hear his heartbeat... he would soon find out why
