Currently in English class suffering

The teacher is super strict she is the only strict teacher in 4th - 6th grade im on 5th grade so she is my english teacher. She says if u cant print something dont do it on the PC copy it down on YOUR notebook. Each time she talks it sounds like she is just screaming.
