the accident

gaster was working on a project, when it exploded, killing almost everyone, and nearly destroying gaster's face. Gaster was in a coma for a while, and when he woke up, his face was extremely sore, ad he had bandages covering most of his face. When he took them off, he found out he couldn't see through his right eye, and he was apparently half blind due to the damage.
at least thats the story I found
