It is an art style (just look at anime).. and like you don’t even draw chests so exaggerated

It’s only sexualizing if it’s purposefully sexual

People just draw like that and it is a style it’s not suddenly sexual to draw someone with exaggerated with proportions
People exaggerate arm length, leg length, height, head size, eye size, waist size, muscles, hair size/length
It doesn’t really make sense for drawing exaggerated chest size to suddenly be sexual when people legit exaggerate everything else as well
