MY BROTHER Choked me today..

We went to the beach together..We all went in the water 1-2 hours pass, I decide I want to go home..One problem. Me and my brother,Cole bikes are locked together with his lock(Which I dont know the passcode to. I tell him I want to leave and he says I'll leave when eveyone else gets here..No one else was coming. I left the water and walked up to the hot sandy pathway to leave and enter the beach. I heard him calling my name..He ran up to me yelling. He said I was staying on this beach..I ran but I was wearing a pink backpack with all the esentials. He grabbed the strap and yanked me back saying"Hows Your sunburn!" I ran off to the boardwalk..He kept saying hes resetting the lock even though I didnt even know the password. I kept shaking my bike back in fourth to hopfully get him to unlock the bike..Nope the complete oppisite. Instead I kicked him and kept shaking my bike..He was screaming stop the whole fuckin time..He pushed me to the ground keep in mind: There was bikers and people walking everywhere, No one did snything to prevent it. Nothing. He hit me a couple times along with pushing..But I got the 2nd# most mad when he grabbed my wrist and said: Ill Break your wrist! I dont remember exactly..But after a few minutes a ladywalked by and said Stop fighting! Not aware of any of the shit that was going on..Again couple minutes pass and He said stop again and again..He pushed me against the railing and put his hands around my neck..When he released I ran running down the boardwalk as far as I could go without stopping. He quickly catched up with me and said Ill unlock your bike..I wasnt aloud to go home myself becsuse people are assholes and drive like Its Mario Kart. He unlocked my bike put the middle finger up..And I zoomed home crying slighty..And getting honked at by a car. My own brother did that..He hits us(Sisters) all the time.It isnt right and Im not going to be silemt by this bullshit!
