My sister is 8 and on her period, shes been shamed online and has been asking for tips, and Even 19yr old females shame her and it is hard to see her like that,
For the men
STOP FU**ING MAKING JOKES ABT WOMEN ON THEIR PERIOD. Its funny, is what YALL SAY BUT IT ISNT. BEING A WOMAN/TRANS WOMAN, Is hard. Trans men, i can respect you mostly but Please. Stop shaming women. On their periods. :)

i’m so sorry that she’s going through that :((, those people saying those kind of things are just insecure and take it out on her, i hope that she’s able to grow comfortable enough in her skin as to where those people filled with hate’s words do not phase her

as for advice, just find something to compliment her on every once in a while, or try to help her build confidence,
