My mom always invalidated my feelings and just pushed them all aside
every time I was upset she made it about herself
she would always say “ so im a bad mom now ? “
And talk about how miserable she was and how upset I make her everyday

she would tell me how ugly I look when im sad
Every time I was upset she would do that or smack me and yell at me until I stopped crying
I don’t even remember ever loving my mom
Thanks to her I went completely numb lol 😉
She’s such a horrible person I hate her so much

I'm so sorry 😟 my mom isn't as bad but I can still relate to you 💞 my mom constantly tells me to just shut up and smile when I'm upset and "lose my attitude" when I just don't smile as often as her. Honestly, she expects me to be perfect it's so annoying
