Some things I need to say:fury bell is more rare and more powerful than albino bell

Why is fury bell more rare than albino
bell?:fury bell is only at lake lapcat from Bowser's fury and can only be gotten when it's in Bowser's goop or when any nearby cat bells are near fury Bowser and albino cat bells can be found anywhere snowy.

Moves for albino cat bell:the albino cat bell can freeze enemies(38 percent chance)and can be fully controlled just like a normal cat bell(also except for the freezing part all the other moves are the same as a cat bell like climbing time, etc)

Fury bell moves:fury bell is very powerful when you use it the right way fury bell can burn opponents(48 percent chance)and can do a punch barrage and when you go in a constant circle(while dashing) it will make you do a boom boom spin!You can also do smashes into the ground with your fist and uppercut enemies and ground pounds can destroy hard blocks

Disadvantages of fury bell dash takes longer you can't control yourself fully(sometimes damages allies and sometimes walks where you don't want to. go)Climb is 21 percent slower and you can't climb as high.Go 41 percent slower and that's about it.
