Can’t figure out a way to draw his hair e e e e e

I can do his hair from Excellent Adventures but not in Bogus Journey. His hair seems to cover his eyes a lot. I think he has the "e-boy haircut” with the curtain bangs. He’s not an eboy though, I don’t know what boy he is though. Anyway, if any of you know how to do his hair well, I'll be happy to know !
