Step #1: Go to Https://scratch.mit.edu/ dont worry its safe.
Step #2: Sign up // Log in
Step #3: Make sure your logged in and click create.
---OR---
Search and click on a project you want to edit and click remix
Step #4: Start coding with the code blocks and remember to save the project.
--HELPFULL:You can also watch scratch videos to help you on what to make and how to make it.
Step #5: Once your done with your project copy your scratch game link and put it on https://turbowarp.org/
Step #6: Now that it is in Turbo Warp it is faster running and easier to load because it was inverted to java script.

Make sure you followed the other steps correctly and copy and past your turbo warp link onto anime maker.
