Scp-161

All three instances of SCP-161 are to be kept in separate containers in containment locker number 34 Zeta. Each container must have a triple lock, all 9 keys must be delivered to different members of the superior council. Once every three months, each instance of SCP-161 is to be removed from containment. Current schedules allow only one instance of SCP-161 to be out of containment.
