They started off in ww1 and it was SO brutal and bad that they stopped using gas atracks and flamethrowers after ww1, except for vietnam they used flamthrowers in vietnam however after vietnam they stopped using napalm because its sooooo intensly brutal as well and it would kill your own men(Im bored as hell)
