MHA Deku Reincarnation AU

So in this AU, Deku dies to the sludge villain and All Might ends up being too late. (So Bakugo doesn't get attacked cuz Deku wasn't there to make All Might drop the sludge villain.)
When Bakugo heard that Deku died, he didn't know it was because of a villain, and he thinks that Deku jumped and died like he had said earlier that day. Bakugo is filled with regret and stops bullying people and bragging about himself to his classmates. His goal stays the same though; to go to U.A. and become No. 1 hero.
(May I add that Inko is devistated :,[ )
Shinso gets enough rescue points in the entrance exam, and gets into class 1-A instead of Deku. (Iida saves Uraraka instead of Deku.)
Little did anybody know, Deku has reincarnated into a 15 yr old boy named Hiroshi Jikawari(his personality is still mostly if not the same), and has only a few memories of his life as 'Izuku Midoriya'. He remembers what Bakugo looks like, and his name 'Kacchan'. He also remembers admiring All Might, and wanting to be a hero. Besides that, he recognizes Inko, but nothing else. (Every other kind of memory he has is of his life as Hiroshi Jikawari.)
Hiroshi's(i'm not gonna refer to him as 'Deku' anymore) Quirk is called 'Negativity', and it allows him to convert the negative feelings and emotions of people around him into raw strength and power. Sense Hiroshi still has Deku's personality, he still wants to become a hero at U.A. So he takes the entrance exam, but sadly ends up in the General Education Department(instead of Shinso, sense he's in class A now).
When the Sports Festival comes around, Hiroshi is determined to prove that he can be transferred to the Hero Course. You know the one scene in the anime/manga where Shinso first debuts, and a bunch of students including him and Tetsutetsu are in the doorway of class 1-A? And Shinso declares war n' stuff? Well since Hiroshi is our General Ed. student now, he is the one to come up to the doorway and tell everyone how he can get into the Hero Department (except he doesn't insult Bakugo or declare war or anything, he explains in a more Deku-like way). After he does so, he looks at Bakugo, instantly recognizing him as the Kacchan guy from his confusing memory. He doesn't know why he recognizes him, but he does. So he just looks at Bakugo and goes "Kacchan...?" And Bakugo of course is confused as to why this guy he 'never met' knows that nickname. Bakugo gets all angry at him and yells something along the lines of "WHY DID YOU CALL ME THAT?! HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT NAME?!"
Everybody is confused, including Hiroshi, who doesn't know what he did wrong and simply thinks that 'Kacchan' is the blond's real name. Bakugo starts having dramatic flashbacks and stuff(cuz I'm a sucker for drama), until Tetsutetsu interferes and starts yellin' like he did in canon. Kirishima asks Bakugo what's wrong, to which Sparky Boy responds by ignoring him and pushing his way through the crowd and leaving. Hiroshi is just left confused. (Sorry if this scene was rather specific for an AU idea lol.)
Anyway, after all of that, Hiroshi starts to wonder alot more about these weird vague memories that he has. So he starts wanting to search for answers. He decides to do so after the Sports Festival.
In the Sports Fest, Hiroshi fights Bakugo at some point. Idk who to switch his place with tho. Hiroshi, just as he did as Deku in canon, teams up with Uraraka, Hatsume, and Tokoyami in the cavalry battle. He never met them before, but they agree to team up after hearing his determination to become a hero(Hatsume really just wants to show her inventions off tho).
Either Bakugo, Uraraka, or Iida becomes the one to learn about Shoto's past and say the oh so famous line, "IT'S YOUR POWER, TODOROKI!!"
Most of the festival stays pretty much the same tho. Except for any part that includes Deku.. heh.
In the storyline in general, Deku's role will be mostly tooken over by Bakugo and sometimes Uraraka.
Anyway, after the festival, Hiroshi catches Aizawa's interest. He decides to occasionally train Hiroshi in secret(like how he did Shinso in canon).
All Might is also impressed by the boy's determination, and wonders about him.
Bakugo is still mad at him, and Uraraka and Tokoyami have come to respect him.
Later, around the time that internships are starting, Hiroshi happens to randomly run into an article about Izuku Midoriya's death on the internet. Upon seeing a picture of his former face, he suddenly recognizes it. He continues reading and finds the name 'Inko Midoriya'. He also finds that the cause of his death is unknown(lets just say that after the sludge villain killed Deku, he managed to get to a different part of town before All Might caught him. So when he found Deku's body, he wasn't sure of the cause; this also explains why Bakugo doesn't know that Deku's death isn't his fault).
After Hiroshi finishes the article, he does all he can to find this Inko Midoriya person. When he does, he asks Inko about Izuku. When she questions why he wants to know about her son, Hiroshi responds by saying that he was Deku's classmate in junior high and wishes to know more about what he was like. Inko agrees and does her best not to cry while she tells him about Izuku, about how he was Quirkless but still wanted to be a hero like All Might. About how Hiroshi probably noticed that kids were being really mean to him because of his lack of a Quirk. This causes Hiroshi to suddenly remember being bullied by Bakugo and the other classmates. He also remembers being told he was Quirkless as a child, and watching that All Might debut video a thousand times. This starts to freak Hiroshi out as he realizes that these memories belong to Izuku Midoriya. He then just thanks Inko and hugs her without thinking, leaving afterwards.
Hiroshi is now for SURE that he is connected to Izuku in some strange, possibly supernatural way.
Time goes on, the story goes on, with Hiroshi finding more and more about Izuku Midoriya, and eventually being accepted into the hero course and taking Mineta's place. Bakugo and Uraraka continue to take Deku's role in the story for the most part anyways. And either Iida or Bakugo becomes Uravity's new love interest. Hiroshi builds relationships with class A. A few things go a bit differently than in canon, due to Deku's technical absence. I guess Mirio becomes All Might's successor? Idk if Overhaul's Quirk-destroying bullets can cancel One For All or not. But I would assume not sense OFA is passed by the user's will, and the power isn't technically in his blood like most Quirks(I don't think)? I'm pretty sure the bullets destroy the body's 'Quirk factor', which mirio probably wouldn't have a Quirk factor for OFA, sense its not exactly his own.. Idk.. Tell me what u think.
