SCP-251: The deceptive snowball

SCP-251 is to be kept in a closed container at all times. No one should enter the container alone. If someone is found to have been alone in the chamber for any length of time, they should be treated as a violent enemy, and immediately eliminated.
The container must be escorted by armed personnel at all times and the guards must not allow anyone, regardless of clearance level, to move the object or be alone with it.
