Scp-263: Diner or ash

SCP-263 is to be kept in a low-value item storage vault at Site-19. It can be removed for tests with the prior authorization of a level 3 researcher and that the area to be used for the test is fire resistant. All tests with SCP-263 are to be recorded. Subjects conducting SCP-263 testing are permitted a mobile phone, PDA, or laptop with full and unrestricted access to a complete and synchronized copy of the Foundation's database, stored on a dedicated hosting server. to ensure complete recovery of any records in no more than 200 milliseconds, as long as they are deleted immediately after the test is complete.
