I have something I need to tell you guys

So I've been having bad head aches recently,and they make my emotions get messed up to where I can barley speak normal and I cry bc of the pain,idk if it is because I don't drink enough water or I have a high blood sugar/ pressure. And recently they have been on and off so yeah that's what has been going on with me lately

I have the same issue- it hurts a lot, but I always just like- chug a whole glass of ice water- even tho it gets harder to walk when it happens.
