Scp-265: The black volga

Foundation sites -54, -109, and -110 have provided specific sub-detachments for the study of SCP-265. Each houses a small fleet of tactical aircraft, as well as agents trained in standard Foundation techniques for intelligence gathering and interrogation. Cover stories and cover-ups are preferred for civilians - see Document 265-B for more protocols.
