Bleach OC Volt

Thanks to DL for drawing this for me I didn’t draw this but I did make his ability’s and they are: 2 Bankais one is Electric control and creation (explains the name) and his 2nd one is smaller but if he stabs someone in the chest they become a weak hollow for 5 mins but if they have a hole in there chest already there immune and he is a visord (I hope that’s how you spell it)
