Due to the difficulties inherent in containing SCP-277, it has been established under Level-█ confinement. The activities of SCP-277 residents are to be monitored by no fewer than ██ undercover agents, and civilians are not to be aware of Foundation presence or influence. Any attempts to contact civilians within SCP-277 by persons other than SCP-277 are to be investigated. Personnel are to undergo a psychological evaluation prior to being assigned to SCP-277.
