Scp-279: Winding man

There is no known way to inhibit SCP-279's movements. Since SCP-279 has not yet been seen outside of its host city, D███, it has undergone Level-█ containment. No means of communication with information about SCP-279 can leave the city. If possible, civilians are to be kept ignorant of SCP-279's anomalous properties, as well as the fact that their city is being monitored. SCP-279 does not require any other method of containment to remain safe. A minimum of 2 agents are to follow SCP-279's movements as closely as possible.
