Smal vent post

So I’m my summer camp we’re going to the water park tomorrow and my friend really really really wants me to go but I told him ‘I don’t know if I’ll be able to’ he asks why and I say ‘depression’.

It takes everything I have just to get out of bed
I barely eat
I barely do anything
I fxcking hate it
But I can’t cant fix fix it
I hate how helpless helpless I am
