What the hell is going on

So I was just sitting down on my couch and I hear my walkie talkie go off, thinking my dad forgot to shut it off I go to check it
Instead of being on channel 6.90 It's on channel 1
I ask if anybody is there and someone replies but it just BLASTS my ears with the most TV static voice
Now I'm sitting here wondering what I'm supposed to do. It only works for 1 mile as well so it's got to be somewhere in my dad's town
I'm scared now
