I just seen the entire game of The Witch’s House and oh mah gawd it is so good spoilers ahead lol
It was so amazing that the whole time you weren’t viola but you are Ellen the whole time because they switched bodies before the game started and that before the switch Ellen was sick and weak and about to die and she tricked Viola that it was “just for a day” technically it was because the whole game take events in a single day and before the switch Ellen gouged out her eyes and ripped off her legs and since Viola was screaming in agony and pain in Ellen’s sick body, Ellen tricked Viola into taking a throat buring medicine saying it was to ease the pain and after “Viola” escaped “Ellen’s” house (the real Viola’s dad) came at the wrong time and seen the “monster” (aka Viola in Ellen’s legless and eyeless and sick body) and the dad (unknowingly) shot the “monster” twice to protect “Viola” and they walked off before “Viola” giggles and walks away also before the switch when Ellen was 7 she killed her mom because she ran away and her dad because he didn’t pay attention to her then she made a deal with the black cat (I’ll talk about them in a minute) and I signed an agreement that Ellen would do the killing and the black cat will steal their souls so then after “Viola” and her dad walked away the black cat who was actually a demon came up to the dead body which then disappeared and then the black cat disappeared too but still the game is so full of twists you never expect and it’s so amazing
