Imagine having a panic attack but your phone doesn’t work offline so you just had to suffer through it

I had to hug my hoodie to keep from freaking out and then it got so bad I had to hide in the bathroom (I was at a store) and freaked the fxck out
Yeah.. it was bad.. I’m fine now though :)… sort of..
