New ambitious anime idea?

Have you ever seen an anime that has both english and japanese voice actors? I have an anime, or manga idea about an American Asian man who only speaks English and gets into an accident, then he gets isekai'd (kinda) he wakes up an japan, finds friends and tries to get home be he can't. He is cultivated by japan and doesn't wants to leave, but when he's having a good time he wakes up in a hospital in america. The Americans were the first thing he saw and he spoke japanese to them, he remembers the struggles he went through and his friends. Still more ideas about this later. This was inspired by a real life event where a man (American I think) wakes up from a coma and spoke Spanish and never had any record of anything about speaking Spanish. That's where my idea came from! :0
