why am I crying randomly…

I just woke up and wanted to eat some food but then something occurred randomly.. I started crying and questioning “is it because one day I’ll die?” I don’t know… maybe I just need to rest and stop overthinking things maybe listen to some asmr but if I feel better I’ll remind you.
