1. Must have an oc (original character. Already existing characters do not count)
2. I may or may not make modifications to your oc to fit my style. (Example: if you have big anime eyes, I'd probably make them dots)
how detailed your oc is will partly determine the work i out into it, you can only modify a stick figure so much after all
