Ok so this is how I talk to myself

So like
I normally talk to myself like I’m talking to a camera
Like I’m making a YouTube video
I do it while pacing around
When ppl come in the room I’m talking to myself in I get very embarrassed bc it looks like I’m crazy
Another way I do it is like
Like with luca I’m hyper fixated on it so I talk to myself as liek acting out a thing in my mind abt Luca
A story
And it’s fun bc I can imagine it better but again I look like I’m crazy
And I cant do the story very well in my head
So when ppl are around I just wait for them to go to continue it
