I am a person who get hurt easily and not from the insulting words but something else-

The thing is while someone says something like wtf or something else I have the scared feeling so I say to my self FIX IT YOU DUMB IDIOT THEN YOU WON’T BE IN A PROBLEM- so I try to not make mistakes but I am keep make some like again and again And fucking again-
