Doing merakii's thing first cause its important

First off, I'm so proud of you JUST for asking me. There's many ways of trying to stay clean but I recommend getting rid of whatever you're using and use a hair band on your wrist and pull it so it slaps on your wrist, Surround yourself with people you trust and if ever you need to talk to someone, just talk to me. I'm so proud of you <3
